    Hi everyone,

I've not been around this thread for quite some time now! I still can't believe how much time was taken up by the wedding, but it's been & gone now & I am a married lady, & now it's time to tackle our debt head on! I figured this would be a good place to start as I always found this thread so helpful, it's nice to see so many familiar names still kicking around on here, hope you're all ok :)

Thank you KJP for starting us off & a belated happy birthday/anniversary to Ziggy.

    So today I have/will:-
    • All food from stores
    • Make use of free water at work
    • Log calories using free app
    • Charge phone at work
    • Check online banking
    • Make budget for August to see how much we can pay off next month
    • Update signature with shocking amount of debt thanks to a wedding & fabulous honeymoon
    • 1 hour min of decluttering
    • Respond to wedding venue - they are trying to charge us more...*sighs*
    • Look into cost of doing AAT
A small list for me to ease myself back in...got lots of post wedding things to do still like finish thank you cards & put photos on FB for people to see - I keep getting nagged about that one!

Have a great MSE day everyone x

Great advice from La E. I have been really lucky with surveys recently. £80 in 4 weeks. But that inc a week long forum for £35

I hope everyone is well. I am hating being at work while hubby is off with our girlies having fun

Love and hugs to all that need it!

  • Hi Princess Pea - you sound like me so I know exactly how you feel. Travelling to see family and family birthdays can be difficult to get out of :( I try to offset it by selling other things and mystery shopping. Next one on the cards is BIL - usually always gets £25 amazon voucher so I'm on a mission to make £25 in the next month for him. That's definitely one I can't get out of - they always get my OH the same back so it's kinda expected.

Thanks for the advice, La escocesa! Doing surveys and things is something I need to think about doing, just not sure where to start!
