t-mobile and orange

I was sure i read something recently about t-mobile and how they were going to be doing the 2 for 1 deal for the cinemas like Orange do as they had merged.
Does anyone know if this is in operation now?

No. I also understand it is ending and shortly too. They've just announced the ending of their free iTunes movie rentals service in 2 weeks, and are preparing for he launch of the new combined brand - until then, marketing efforts like these will take priority over services.

The 241 movie deal will end at some point BUT may be reintroduced under the new (EE) brand later. They're keeping all this stuff under warps until an official announcement.

But considering the success of the offer they'd be mad not to restore it under the banner of EE...

I doubt EE is to be the brand they'll use as it is already derided as 'twee'. Something off-the-wall , no doubt?
