Been having a sort out today and found the paperwork for my Husbands car finance from 2000. The finance is with a company called finax forthright finance limited. You should send your complaint direct to the address supplied by the Bank. I suspect if you "sit and wait" then you'll never hear anything. However, as we've already pointed out, this is pre-regulation and it's very likely the response you will get will reflect this.
