Hi, I agreed to buy a brand new car from a main dealership. I was told the car was available because it had been ordered for another customer but they couldn't proceed with the purchase. I know to some people it wouldnt matter that the car was pre-registered, but if I wasn't bothered about that, I'd have been looking at nearly new or pre reg cars in the first place. If I'm paying a new car price, I want everything to be exactly as it should be, including the paperwork.
