Has anyone had an e-mail advising dsipatch of the megabox? just been on the new site and there is no way to track orders...

There was a note on the old site last week with a link to a temporary site to track orders. I didnt buy anything so didnt take a note of it but maybe someone on here will have it.

Will try, but no laptop atm so have to keep borrowing DS1's to get online as younger two are usually wanting desktop (which is as slow as a dinosaur anyway).

you could track orders until yesterday now there is no way, maybe we will all have them today

Hi was yours a mega pack or just a normal order of clearance lines?????? I can't wait for mine to arrive getting very inpatient now!!!!

The website says the Megapacks may take until next week to arrive.

With regards to checkin orders i saved the page as a book mark so if you know your order number, copy and paste the below link into IE and replace the Xs with your order ID

If you then log in and check you order. You can click on the status to see the detailed version bu do not click anything else or it will redirect you to the new site. Also don't click remember me when logging in.

I don't know if the system is still being updated as my status hasn't changed since i started accessing it this way but it's worth a shot

thanks for that link, mine says the following;

Your order has not been picked yet.

Your order has not been packed yet.

Your order has not been despatched yet

so a bit longer of a wait for me then!

At the top of the page there is an announcement: -
"Megapacks are now being despatched - but it will take us well in to next week to despatch all megapacks" :eek:

Was hoping it would be delivered this week as i'm back in work from Monday - looks like i'll be collecting from the collection centre.

It just contained normal clearance lines, no megapack.
