I too was led to believe I was owed a large sum of money upto £13.000. I was cleverly talked into becoming a member even though I did not want any other services. I too was hounded by phone calls every day to change all my utility providers and insurances. I found the whole experience awful and they did not leave me alone.
I have also had my case closed as infact I was not due any PPI. As the information tells you in bold the fees are 100% refundable I too asked for my money back, but also have to wait for a year. I have spoken to my credit card company who feel thay actually I may not get any money back because I refused their alternative insurance etc.
This company has to be the worce one I have ever dealt with. I feel I was very mis led initally. I am also not confident I will get my money back either. It has cost me a lot of hard earned cash, time and hastle and I have not saved 1 penny. Please be very careful with these companys.
    I've been ripped off!!!
A year ago a representative of Aims rang and asked if we had been miss sold PPI on our mortgage, he said for a fee of £250 they would look into everything for us and if they couldn't claim back any money or make us... better off financially we would be able to claim back the £250 after a 12month period.
As a year has passed and we tried to reclaim our £250 back but couldn't because we didn't take advantage of Aims' other money saving schemes which the representative failed to tell us. They said they might have made us better off had we used the other schemes but I initially told them I was only interested in the PPI. We did sign a contract but unfortunately only went by what the rep said and didn't read the small print
  • This company is awful! I was caught out here by false advertising and hope no one else suffers the same fate.

In essence you pay £300 and they chase down a number of financial industries that may have charged PPI. They came up with absurd potential figures of compensation (£3000+) to me when I took the policy out. They have returned nothing and no more work is being done on the case.

The £300 can be returned to you if they don't get you any compensation but only after 12 months!!! So 3 months into the policy and they can't refund me a penny. I will get my £300 back in 9 months time which I have to remember to call them on otherwise they wont give you the money back.

Biggest waste of time and money! All down to their false advertising. The sales team is blatantly lying to their clients to make their commission and the customer service team has to pick up the pieces.

Has anyone heard of this company? My 79 year old mother has been sent an unsolicited pack from these people offering her a Financial Health Check provided she pays them an annual fee of £250. She says she has never heard of them but they have sent her a very official looking contract for her to sign. I have taken the pack from her but she has now started to receive phone calls from the people. They phoned 3 times in one day - my husband gave them short shrift when they phoned for the third time and told them not to ring again. They have an address in Blackburn but would appear to have a registered address in Marbella! To my knowledge they have not phoned again but I wondered if these people are preying on the elderly.

My mother, aged 90, was persuaded by this organisation to part with £299 of her small pension. There is absolutely no benefit in her subscribing to this outfit. It is nothing less than a scam. If you manage to contact them they are seriously rude and completely without scruples. They are regulated by the Claims Management Regulator, and I strongly advise anybody who has been tricked by tis company to contact the Ministry of justice - 01283 233309, and relate the problem. This sort of business MUST be stopped. How can anyone go to work knowing their objective or the day is to con an aged individual?
How can we stop these companies preying on the aged? It makes my blood boil.

Seems a bit dodgy. They seem to have a number of similar websites all under the aims projects ltd umbrella with links to this registration page...

  • I have used AIMS and they have got me £15,000 in charges etc back!! They DO charge 30%...but it was hassle free and thats what I wanted. Took 3 months from start to finish. They've also done my mothers accounts. No scam here as far as I'm concerned!

There is no need to pay any third party any money whatsoever if you have actually been mis-sold PPI. You and your mother lost a lot of money by falling for their glib sales pitch.

30% !!!! For a minimal amount of hassle and doing it yourself, you would have been about £4500 better off.....
