    Further update
I have had a chargeback from my credit card company for the 3 items I haven't received and sent back the items I had received Recorded Delivery with a letter stating I wanted a refund within 14 days as advised by Trading Standards, quoting the relevant legislation.

They signed for the item on 9 June and by the 21 June I still had heard anything or received a refund, so as a last resort I emailed them giving them 48 hours to refund or I was going back to Trading standards.
They responded striaght away saying I could have a refund for the 4 of 7 items I had returned, but as their records show they had sent me a full order (complete rubbish) they would only refund this, fine with me as I had received a refund for the remaining 3 from my CC company.

2 days later I had to collect a parcel from the post office and low and behold they have sent back 3 of the 4 items I sent to them a fortnight before with a newly printed invoice dated 21 June with "Retun No!" (that's not a typo on by part, that's exactly what it said) written on it.

They have now changed their phone number to 07733 103690, but I have been unable to get an answer on this and I am reluctant to leave a message.

They have had a large amount of feedback withdrawn on their e-bay shop and she has responded to alot of the comments saying her father has died, but this is around May time, way after I ordered. There is also a follow up comment from one of her unhappy customers saying she told someone else her son had leukaemia. I really feel as though I have been taken for a ride and I'm not happy, and could really do without this with 5 weeks to go before my due date.

I have now just got off the phone to Trading Standards who will investigate further as I have done everything they can advise so far and I should hear from them within the next week as to the way forward.

Please please please, if anyone else is still having problems with them speak to Trading Standards. They are really helpful and if they have enough complaints about this company hopefully they can be shut down.
