When I listen to music on my iphone 4 with my earphones the volume keeps jumping up. I have read other reports of the same problem but can't seem to find an answer as how to solve this. Can anyone help? I have tried resetting the phone. I have also tried various earphones.

You mean sporadically, or it just increases and you have to reduce it ear time? Does it happen with your own ripped music (which may be a different levels) or on all audio, regardless of source?
What is it like on a phone call?0 -
No problem on phone calls.
Happens sporadically on all audio.travelover0 -
Where did you see this as a reported problem? I use a 4 constantly, but the only gotcha is there are several levels of audio (music, Siri/spoken auto-correct etc) which have different settings, and you need to adjust all of them to the levels you require. I've certainly not spotted any changing of their own accord!0

I searched on google and apparently several people have reported the same problemtravelover0
