02 problems with automated payment...

I dont have DD set up on my mobile. I just get an email to let me know when the bill isdue and I pay it.
Been trying for the last 5 days to pay but the online system says the paymwent was declined. The automated payment system says the payment was declined... Even by speaking to someone at 02 the paymenbt stil ldelcined...
Phoned the bank and they see no reason why. Money in account, no blocks or limits. Bank says problem is 02's end.
Phone 02 back who refuse to aknowledge problem and blame bank.
All I know is my bill is due and 02 have restricted my services.
EVEN when I tried to pay with ANOTHER card it STILL declined, yet 02 say its not a problem at their end LOL.
Anyone else having problems paying..?!

Pay by a non card method? Go into an O2 shop and pay there? Your bank will see any attempts to get funds and should have told you - so if they are not showing, it points to O2 (and possible incompetence). Last time I heard of this with a pal, they had been trying to take money from a card with too many digits.
Are you sure the numbers are being entered correctly? Correct Surname, and Postcode are a must - and if you have any unusual characters or spacing to your name (like O'Brien) this can fail too,0 -
Yup, correct numbers etc. Always used this card to pay. 02 will phone me tomorrow before 5.00pm...0
