Any normal number to call Oyster Helpline

Hence it does happens from time to time that I am being charged more than I have to on my Oyster card I have to make calls to Oyster Refunds departament to get my money refunded. Until recently I was able to call them on the number from saynoto870 website in order to avoid calling that expensive 0845 number however now it seems they have blocked all the normal 020... numbers listed on there. I would therefore be really grateful if anyone knows any none 08.... number for Oyster and could share it here or PM me.

0845 numbers are not usually expensive. How much do TfL want to charge?
A standard BT weekend package gives you the call free at weekends.

In my experience, it usually takes about an hour to get through to anybody on the Oyster "help" line. At 35p a min from a mobile, I dread to think what it must cost.

Many people nowadays don't have a landline. That includes me
