You want to know what you can cook on a hob or under a grill?

Do you usually cook anything at all?
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

Any meat can be grilled on a griddlepan and any veg can be charred on your BBQ or boiled on the hob. A casserole can be left to simmer on the hob, or assuming warm weather you will probably end up with salad dishes so won't need the oven?

The OS board might give you more advice.

20 years camping and never needed an oven. Bolognese sauce, pasta chilli, fajitas, paella, risotto, curry, savoury pancakes, one pot stew, fish, meatballs etc etc etc

A saute pan - straight sided frying pan about two inches deep - with a lid is very versatile on a hob.

You can fry/brown in it, stew/casserole in it, and boil vegetables and pasta, although not all at the same time.
