Actually I think the OP might be the Duke of Westminster based on this information.
Obviously with this level of investment which must be running into millions, you'll have a Ltd company in place of which you'll be a director.
As this company owns 10 properties in London it will be awash with capital and you'll be able to take out a directors loan to solve your brothers loan shark problems.
