Hi ch4chi,
Further to Heidi's reply here I can confirm that we've received your email and as such will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

It doesn't improve. It just wears you down. Vodafone CLEARLY as a whole cares nothing at all for it's customers (apart from the Web Relations Team) -THAT much is completely clear. What's worse though is that they do everything they possibly can to drive their customers away. If a constant stream of problems which they create fails to work, they are absolutely determined to wear you down over weeks, months and YEARS until you eventually give up and go away. With me, they have finally succeeded.
WELL DONE VODAFONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi mobilejunkie,
This is disappointing to read and is certainly not the sort of experience we want any of our customers to have.
If you'd like to discuss your concerns further you're welcome to drop me an email.
Kind regards to you both.

I have been on the phone for the best part of the day to the customer services and the online support team trying to work out why i can not access my online account. I keep getting the very frustrating message
Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp
The last person to speak to me finally told me that Vodafone were having problems with their online accounts... If this is correct why did no one before tell me and is this a frequent occurrence?? As I have tried to log on several times before and seen this message it is only today when I urgently needed to log on that I have tried to fix it thinking as this was about the tenth time I had seen it maybe it was a fault at my end, but no apparently a huge company like Vodafone is unable to maintain a simple website.
When I called the solution was that I pay £1.50 for my bill to be posted to me. I find this outrageous. Why should I pay when it is Vodafone whose failure has meant that my bill has to be posted????
If anyone knows a way I can fix this problem without me having to speak to the useless customer services again I would be very grateful.0 -
Hi Rockhopper penguin,
Thanks for making me aware of this.
To enable me to get this looked into further could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.
To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee

I have had several dealings with vodafone....this is the latest
My 24 month contract is now up. I rang the retention line to see what other deals I could get. The lady I spoke to really didn't have a clue and then said oppps the system is down. Eventually I said I would like is an iPhone5 what deals can you do.....the deal she offered me was a ridiculous which I wouldn't touch with a barge pole. I said I would leave vodafone after several years of being with them.....the answer I got was you have to give a months notice, and she really didn't seem bothered at all about keeping a good customer (me) who has never missed a payment etc
My partner is with O2 I am very tempted to go with them.0 -
I am with Vodafone,my date for upgrading is nearly here,so, I was looking for an upgrade to the new Z10,when I log in to my account,it tells me I will have to pay a minimum of £42:00 a month for one!!(More than I am paying now),yet go to Dialaphone, and I could get the same phone with Vodafone, for £30:00 a month!!!!!,but involves a credit check etc,(don't want a credit check done as have had several searches and it will affect my rating)why cant Vodafone offer the same deals to their long standing customers????Odd.Kawasaki z750 Rider!0
