Just seen Lenor is half price in Morrisons from Monday, maybe worth doing a targeted shop if folks are finding it hard to get the free mini bottles?0

I want to help all of them. But I don't like helping rude people. Swear at me and you don't have a leg to stand on. You've lost your argument before its even begun
Good manners cost nothing. It might even make someone's day
wow:eek: bet that was a roller-coaster day.
well said
I did have some good customers during the weekend but it's the bad ones which stand out:o it's just people being so angry which surprised me.
A few weeks back this old guy (must have been pushing 80 odd) was ranting and demanding a manager. The daily managers meeting was just about to begin. The store manager went over to speak to him, to deal with his question and help resolve the situation. Yet the old guy straight away started getting aggressive and heated and I was like this:eek::eek::eek::eek: there's more to life than something being out of stock. It's not the end of the world is it? (I hope not!:o)
The store manager actually said cut the aggressiveness now and let me speak:eek: He handled it brilliant and didn't just say yes sir, sorry. He stuck to his guns which I thought was brave and correct
And indeed tomorrow will be a much better shift, I'll be in Mr T & A:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Hello elite.
I've been busy busy busy
No chance of keeping up with things as I seem to have missed out on most of this thread since it started. I have missed beer (no hardship as the most I drink is a glass or 2 or labrini) coke, iron bru, lenor, orange juice, yoghurts, and goodness knows what else. Haven't seen any leaflets/booklets/coupons in my local store so I'm really T a disadvantage
Big meerkat see the specialist this week and baby meerkat reaches her 1/2 birthday too :eek:
Thanks to OP re sun cream celebrate?? Nikkilala?? Someone completely different no doubt. Managed to pick up about 30 little bottles for about £30 and they will be so handy for hols - how many would I need per person for a fortnight in Spain in October?
Also managed a cheap build a bear and some Avon for mil - thanks for those too if the OP is about here - see I lurk while feeding baby meerkat but rarely get an opportunity to log on....Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.

Just got APG back, cant understand why Fanta regular compares to £1.26, but fanta zero compares to £0.63
8 items (7 different) on your bill qualify for comparison Tesco

2 x Pepsi Max (2L) £3.00 £1.78
1 x Tetley Tea Bags (240 per pack - 750g) £4.00 £2.89

1 x Tropicana Pure Premium Smooth No Bits Orange Juice... £2.00 N/A
1 x Fanta Orange (2L) £1.50 £1.26
1 x Sprite (2L) £1.50 £0.63
1 x Lilt Zero Pineapple & Grapefruit Fruit Crush (2L) £1.50 N/A
1 x Fanta Z Orange Zero Added Sugar (2L) £1.50 £0.63
Comparison total (compared products only) £11.78 £7.47
Also from womble Asda compares batteries. This was an 8 pack of AA's
£4.00 A's, £4.95 T's, £5.99 S's, N/A M's
It only compared at £1.26 because the Lilt was N/A implying that you had 3 bottles comparing with T's. The fanta and sprite compared as bogof, but you would need another 2 comparing for another bogof iykwim.
It's only a game

Evening all
As with others I had two wombles back this morning (zilch:() and only just got my targeted price poopie in.
Total shop was £30.02, down to £18.82 after MOCs and vouchers, poopie back for £8.72 and 3 10p off fuel. :T
Also some of the shopping was for work so will get £2 back out of petty cash. So as long as the petrol saving is more than £8.10 I'll be in profit with loads of Robinsons and nice coffee still to use :T
I think I'm starting to like the new style price poopie better, just need to be more organisedCouldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can
