Who is this Lance Armstrong bloke ?
If he is a half decent cyclist I am sure he would have raced in the Tour de France, but I checked their website and his name doesn't appear anywhere 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -

What the UCI dont say, is that they havent awarded the wins to the people in 2nd place because in all likelihood they were busy doping too.Who is this Lance Armstrong bloke ?

if you look at the top 10 cyclist in that era for all years there are less than 5 cyclist who have not been caught doping :eek:0 -
Anyone want to hazard a guess at who might have been the fastest clean rider during those days? That's not to say the best rider - maybe some of the dopers would still have been ahead even without doping - but is there anyone we can be reasonably sure was clean?0

Carlos Sastre, Andy Schlek & Cadel Evans perhaps? They might have been formidable foes during the 2000s.
That Frank was a doper doesn't make Andy one IMHO.
We don't really know which is why Lance's titles are vacated.0 -
Riis admitted to doping when he won the tour ,ullrich and pantani were also doping but they were never stripped of their wins .
doping or not i have enjoyed watching the tour since 1986 and some of my favourite riders have been definately doping ,but i believe all the top ones were and it was a level playing field .
doping or not the top riders would have still been the champions0
