BMW recaro type seats are really comfortable if you have a back problem. We tried Many other vehicles when we were looking for a new car and as my partner has a chronic back problem, the seats were crucial in making the choice. Perhaps try a 3 series, ( may be too low though) or an older X3 - just sit in one and have a test drive and see what you think?

A BMW.. noooo i would never live it down.

I just know they will nickname me the drug baron. Or similar.

A hydroponics store has opened up nearby, Its like a BMW dealership. With the customers coming and going.
Some of them look like they are shopping at ASDA perfectly normal. Other's look like they have just robbed a bank. They look so guilty. :)

Would just like to know where you can find cars less than 5 years old for £2k?
Mondeos are great value, - my 58 reg cost £4500 (ie dirt cheap). The HPI check gave a valuation of £6600...

    Ebay, Autotrader.

57 plates for under £2000. Or £2000 ish..

This is the changeover year for the MK3 and MK4. MK4 still fetch a slight premium but it wont be long before the markets flooded with them.

Ebay 3 2006 cars with BIN for under £2300-£2500

75 cars from 2006 to 2009 for less than £2500 in the ebay classifieds.

What i look for are one owner or ex lease and one owner.
BUT a decent history with it.

I'm 63 and drive a V reg mondeo. Top of the range, totally reliable and comfortable. I can get in and out of it no problem, but I try to stay slim and as fit as I can. Change your health issues not the car. Get down to a Pilates class and do some stretching. If you are in normal good health you should have no problem exiting a Mondeo. Spend your money on your body. It's a better investment.
