e2save problem
DW ordered this from e2save with T-mobile. You will notice that it says "300 mins, Unlimited texts, 750MB data". However on the T-mobile online account, it says there is an allowance of 500 texts.
How should we proceed? Is this a case of misselling or a mistake? She is happy with the phone and the other features of the contract (but will need to cancel the so-called 9.99 a month insurance), so we don't really want to return anything.

I think e2save will be the best place to ask the question. Give them a ring first.
Keep an email or order information handy.

Hi usually the tariff you sign up for is actually 500 texts but the offer gives you unlimited texts for the duration of the contract (e.g. 24 months) after which it reverts to 500 texts if you don't upgrade or change your contract.
In the online account click 'your plan' which will show you the 500 texts then click 'your current services' and it should show unlimited texts as 'free' .!!0 -
Don't forget to cancel the TMTI as well as the insurance.0

Thought this might be the answer, but T-mobile's site was down all of today. Managed to log on now and it shows an unlimited texts offer for £4.25 per month...0
