You got a result , well done to Anglian Water for allowing a rebate0

This only discounts an external leak. It does not discount the possibility of an internal leak - eg leaky cistern valve. We had already checked for leaks by doing a meter reading then turning off the stopcock in the house and 5 hours later doing another reading which showed NO meter movement at all.
I suggest a physical check that the meter is actually hers by observing the meter and drawing off water and stopping it to a prearranged signal.Yes, Mum got Anglian Water to check her neighbours (both sides) and their bills were in line with family usage.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
