house selling property information form

I have got a great advice from all of you so far and so grateful.
Now I have finished negotiation of the price (fingers crossed) so I've started to fill the forms from the solicitor.
I am checking with the previouse owner's forms to aid me.
According to his forms, Electrical work was done in 2008 (has the property been rewired in whole or part during the seller's ownership? yes) but not part p. I don't know what kinds of electrical work he had done. It was tested and approved by registered electrican in 2009. On the fuse box it says inspected on 17/09/2009 next recommended in 2019.
The problem is that I haven't got any certificate from the solicitor when I bought the house. Actually I haven't got FENSA Certificate either (but fortunately I found the website and ordered a copy).
I don't know whether the solicitor received all the certificates before the completion. I was the first time buyer and didn't know anything about that. I thought the solicitor should check every documents. Is it a big problem? I will see my solicitor soon and I want to get everything ready. Do I need to contact my old solicitor? The previouse owner's answers are so inconsistent.
Furthermore, I had my chimney rebuilt in 2010. At that time the builder said we didn't need to get a permission. What if it is not right? The brickwork of the chimney was crumbling and came off so we had to repair. Many houses in the estate have a mismatched brickwork on the chimney.
I am so paranoid. Would you please help me?

was it tested in 2009 during your ownership, or the previois owner?
Presumably the PIF asks the same question "has the property been rewired in whole or part during the seller's ownership?" so the work by previous owner is irrelevant. You must know if YOU had any work done....?
The problem is that I haven't got any certificate from the solicitor when I bought the house. Actually I haven't got FENSA Certificate either (but fortunately I found the website and ordered a copy). so no problem there.

I thought the solicitor should check every documents. Is it a big problem? Is WHAT a big problem? What certificates do you think you are missing?I will see my solicitor soon and I want to get everything ready. Do I need to contact my old solicitor? Your previous solicitor should have passed you all the documents/certificates he hadThe previouse owner's answers are so inconsistent.
Furthermore, I had my chimney rebuilt in 2010. At that time the builder said we didn't need to get a permission. You may have needed Building Regulations certification, but if it wasa repair, rather than a new chimney/extension, probobly not. What if it is not right? The brickwork of the chimney was crumbling and came off so we had to repair. Many houses in the estate have a mismatched brickwork on the chimney.

1) which questions on the PIF you are having trouble answering and
2) the history/circumstances related to each of those questions, as far as you understand0
