Myser even with half loads it is doing the same thing. Thank you for the links you posted.
I have phoned the shop I bought the box of soap powder from that I have not opened yet and they have said I can take it back and exchange for liquid or gel. The woman I spoke to also said she had changed from powder to liquid.
Fingers crossed this works.
