Do they really think we are all stupid or something. "To improve our customer service" oh right, you are going to emply extra staff to oversee what is a self service facility. No you are going to employ extra staff to slap fines on overstayers while shafting us all at the same time.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

They do this in Southampton too. During the annual Boat Show the NCP doubles its price from £5 per day to £10 per day without any prior warning! The first you know about it is when you put your ticket in the machine to pay when returning to your car!0

£5 on weekdays and £8 on weekends.
NB this is westfield shepherds bush, NOT in Stratford- but you can get the tube from there to the Olympic park.0
