it says my current balance is £0 but the minimum payment is £5
not sure if that's always the minimum payment (or 5% of balances over £100 or whatever) or I've been charged a late fee

I would call customer support at whatever institution you paid and double check, every place has different policies so it is important to make sure with these things!0

When you log in to your account online, under the payment summary, and just below the minimum payment amount it should read...
Please note that payments made since your last statement will not yet be reflected in these accounts
My account is the same, i pay in full on a credit card, it shows the balance as zero but does not update the minimum payment amounts until your next statement0 -
