Another vote for the Huawei Ascend G300. At £100 there is no other Android that even comes close. Gorilla Glass as well, which is remarkable at this price point. Plus a free update to Android 4/Ice Cream Sandwich about to arrive any day now. £5.05 cash back from Topcashback from Vodafone as well.

Yep, have to say, Huawei (Wow Way) great phone for the price, although I have heard the ringer is not that loud, although everything else is great value for money.

Will be payg i have a bad habit of putting phone's through the washing machine so something cheap but good either on o2 or unlocked

Ascend G300 as above is a great spec for the money - think its currently exclusive (and hence locked) to Vodafone but can be unlocked. Should be available shortly unlocked.

I had a shot of a colleagues and it looks and feels like a quality phone and the spec is unrivaled at the moment.
