big problem with t mobile billing :(
I have had my tmobile contract since 19/06/12 and use the 150 allowance text to check my minutes daily, i also use the online and app to check.
Yesterday at 7.28pm i had 13mins left and a £1.96 unbilled balance (international texts), today at 3.42pm I have 0mins and a £29.84 unbilled balance
i did not make any calls yesterday
I call CS to be told that it was for calls because i had used my mins up on the 11th july, i explained i have all the texts saying that i was well within my allowance dating all the way back to 19th june!
they told me to go in store which i did and showed them the messages, they said they dont deal with billing so called CS who then told me they dont know why its happened and they've not heard of this before, and thats then end of that and the texts are not accurate! - out by 9 days is this possible!?!
Im really really angry, ive monitered my usage so not to go over, how else am I suppose to know how many mins ive got left if the texts/app and online are telling me incorrect information? if i knew i had no mins left i wouldnt use my phone until i got my next allowance.
Any help on where to take this next??
and apparently ive used tmobile mins ( i dont call anyone on tmobile!) they were 500 all month until today too! by the looks of that message ive sent 1260 textx since 7.28 pm yesterday too

The best way top ensure/check your useage is by setting the meter on the phone itself - or for some smart phones dowloading a suitable free app counter. I've never had any problems and operate 10 contracts currently (not unusual for me over the last few years). T-Mobile do count Isle of Man mobile numbers as international and so charge for them - and you can't always tell if it's one of those numbers. Apart from that I use the call/message/data counters on the phones and don't rely on network texts (which can take a while to update - especially for international calls as I understand it.0

the international texts updated the day after i sent them , yet a bill of £29 just appears 10 days later? the calls made are to orange and o2 whilst in the uk. i find this totally unacceptable , the mins and texts have been going down since day 1 of the contract. even the online billing told me had mins and the bill was only £1.96 right up to yesterday evening when i last checked
online billing and the 150 text has just updated to £30.89 from calls i made this morning , so it is updating.0 -
