Can't you arrange with them to do an exchange via someone in the UK - and they can ship the phone out to wherever you are?
I'm really not sure why you would think that Vodafone would arrange to have phones shipped back and forth to overseas addresses though? I'm pretty sure that no network would do this.0 -
Your contract is with a UK network and no UK network will send a phone anywhere other than to a UK address.
If you are desperate for a phone and do not know anyone in the UK who would be able to send the new phone onto you, you could always purchase a cheap unlocked phone and still use your UK SIM or even purchase a SIM for the country you are in and use that in the phone and save money on roaming costs.0 -
Hi dellbell,
Ann S is absolutely correct here, we are only able to deliver handsets to UK addresses.
If you are able to arrange someone to ship it over to you, contact me here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject and we can discuss the options.
Thanks,
Heidi

Hi the cheapest phone I can get in the shops here is £100. I kid you not as I have purchased a phone for the country that I am in but the bill is between £70-£100 pm. Where my Vodafone is in the region of £50 inc roaming costs. So it does work out cheaper for me to use the Vodaphone phone.
That doesn't make sense. You could have purchased a new BlackBerry for £100 and unlocked it for £1. That way still able to utilise your Vodafone SIM.
You don't mention which country. Any reason for that?
Also, why is the local SIM more expensive?0 -
I am in a country that has very expensive living costs .Thats why the local sim is more expensive.
Have you tied contacting Blackberry in the country you are in via a local phone provider, If you find a big ish one like Carphone Warehouse they may do the work there as phones tend to have an interntational warranty.0
