Well didn't stick to my plan last week at all!!
But this week, as I have NO money I baked a load of poatoes last night and will live off these with various store cupboard toppings this week,
Have a loaf of bread too, so lunch will be toast!
Can't wait for payday - will do a much needed shop!
I am the same, roll on Wed! :T
mrsmotivated - Sparkys special spuds sound interesting, could you post the recipe? Thanks.

Not as interesting as they sound lol. Basically a friend of mine comes round and he makes them for me and the kids (I actually think its the only thing he cooks) but they are yummy and the kids love them.
Basically it's a jacket spud, takes the middle out and mashes with cheese, mixes in bacon, mushroom and onion. Scoops back into shell lays sliced tomato and more cheese on top and puts back in the oven. I have to say it takes him about three hours to do and the kitchen looks like a bombs hit it afterwards, but hey if someone wants to come round and cook while I am at working I am eternally gratefulWell Behaved women seldom make history
