Orange trouble!

I've been a customer with orange for 6 years. In the last few months I've emailed them 20 times with problems with my online account, with still no answer to any of my queries. I can't log into my account online as it says my password is wrong, and as I reset it it has a problem all the time! I also was told I could upgrade in July, now their saying December then told me November! Nobody in the shops knows what their doing and I'm being messed around and stuck with this! They've changed a part in their policy because of of on regulations which affects every customers contract.

I phoned to complain but they have no complains department! And to get out of this whole mess I have to pay £100!

Can I get out of this I need to get away from orange now! Please help me!:mad::(

Phone up and get the online account access sorted first. then you will be able to see when your minimum term expires.

They did change the early upgrades from 3 months to 45 days a couple of months ago but I'm not sure that explains the dates you were given.
