is cheap line bonding possible

hi
im in the stricks and get 2mb which isnt bad but would like more for streaming content and fiber is a long way off but have seen line bonding
but never cheap (ie 2 lines and £60 per month too expensive) is there any cheap solutions or alternatives?
Satalite is possible but not cheap and limited for downloading.
