Whatever I try I cannot send a simple message to Yahoo. The Yahoo site takes you through boxes which eventually bring you back to the same place. Same with contact us.
I am getting genuine emails sent to my spam box and even though i keep pressing the not spam box nothing is changing.
Why are these internet people so user unfriendly?

It's a free service - what kind of customer support do you expect? Anyway, if you've been doing that and it doesn't work, try adding the sender to your contacts in Yahoo.0

You can also fill out "Online Help" forms, which lets Yahoo know that you're experiencing a problem, and wait for a reply from Yahoo Customer Support:0

thats the whole point. i cant. The online forms dont seem to work unless you are ticking the precise query which mine does not seem to fall in.jessyclark wrote: »You can also fill out "Online Help" forms, which lets Yahoo know that you're experiencing a problem, and wait for a reply from Yahoo Customer Support:0 -

Whether something is free or not if you offer service there should be some responsibility with that. It may be a free service at point but does that mean that dont earn a lot of money from it.It's a free service - what kind of customer support do you expect?
