Sort of DCC, some of the ATMs in Greece also show you the value in quids but it comes through on your statement as a Euro transaction so it's effectively the DCC rate applied by your bank not the overseas Bank, shop, restaurant etc.0

If it's applied by your bank, it is not DCC.0

I was given the option to cancel, and take my card elsewhere. The transaction appeared on my statement as Euros too.0
