Advice on wording

Sorry to repeat myself (this is in another thread), but I really would like some opinions.
A seller is trying to bump up the postage on some items I bought to almost triple what was stated in the listing. I'm prepared to meet them halfway (just because I'm nice and don't want them to be too much out of pocket).
Having ascertained that they will lose their ebay fees if they don't complete, I want to include something in what I send to them to make sure they realise that fact. However, I don't want it to look like a threat.
Just composing the reply.
So far I have:
It is against eBay terms to increase the shipping fees after an auction has been won.
I am prepared to send you another $9.5 to bring the postage paid up to the cost to post each item individualy.
If this is acceptable please let me know. Otherwise I will have no option but to open an Item Not Received report which would mean that you will lose your ebay fees.
Do you think it is a good idea to mention them losing their fees? I thought I would to do this in case they have not thought things through properly.
Bear in mind that this seller is Hungarian and their English is not that good, so I want whatever I send to be clear and unambiguous.

I think your reply sounds fine. It's not rude, it's just stating the facts. I would send it and see what kind of response you get.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

You really really want these items don't you Moglex
From my experience in deals like this it all usually gets lost in translation and you'll end up missing out.
If your buying to sell and you can still see a profit personally i'd just pay what the seller wants and get onto focusing your energies looking for the next deal rather than stressing over this one.
My neighbours Hungarian but she's away from home for the next 2 weeks or so but if your still fighting it out when she gets back I'll ask her to send a mail for you.0 -

They are not for resale. They are something I collect.
I'm just rankled that they waited 8 days and then simply demanded more money. If they'd apologised for the error and requested the extra I woud almost certainly just have paid it.
It's actually going to a hell of a lot of trouble for £4 (which is the part of the extra I don't want to pay), especially on a £100+ purchase, but it's the principle. It might seem stupid but you have to make a stand somewhere.0 -
Moglex if it's 4 quid and you've got yourself a good deal just pay it fella your seller probably doesn't even understand that you feel put out / ripped off.
And remember £4 wouldn't even buy you a packet of fags over here - but you can get a half decent lunch for 2 for not much more than £4 in Budapest.
Spread a little love to our european friends ;+) There's things to get worked up over and take a stand - but I don't think this one of them M8.0 -

I think I was just waiting for someone to say that!0 -

No worries Moglex.
I'd be intrigued to know what you collect though, especially if your buying from Hungarians. PM me if you don't want to let the world now - but likewise I'm just being a nosey git ;+)..... I'm thinking militaria???0 -
No, nothing so exciting.
Just stamps.
The Hungarians produce some very good ones.0 -

I think I'll go along with what greeneye suggested. It's what I really wanted to do all along but was annoyed at their attitude in just demanding the money.
As he says, £4 is peanuts here but could make quite a difference in Hungary.0 -
Stamps I get (asthetics , rarity etc) but as for bank notes
I sold 7 £20 quid notes for a little shy of £2000 last year.
