Don't forget the link to the Trading Standards case against this outfit. Although TS didn't argue the case very well, they did at least take action and follow it through - and the charges they tried to make stick show exactly what sort of firm this is.

The alternative is to tell the MC, in writing, that you are going to take them to court for breaking the terms of your lease.

Also, most properties that have MCs have an AGM where the MC has to be present. Educate your neighbours and raise the issue at the AGM. I did this for an issue when I lived in a flat ( albeit not a PPC issue ) and the revolt was remarkable. Numerous people threatening to withhold maintenance payments etc - the MC backed down very quickly.

This is getting frustrating, other than providing them with all this what else can I do to get through to them?
Seems like the only thing that'll get through to them is when they get a real lawsuit land on their desk for harrassment or an unlawful clamp (do they threaten clamping)?

Or if you could persuade all your neighbours also to constantly hassle them about the validity/usefulness of UKPC, then might start to understand that they are more hassle than they're worth.

I think an actual letter to the MC (possibly the CEO) is now my next step, as per bazster's suggestion.

Hit them with everything you can think of. The aim is to educate them about all the ins-and-outs of the scam, the threat of a harassment action is there to get them to listen to you.
