Am i getting a good deal?VIRGIN MEDIA

I am with Virgin i wrote a thread a few weeks ago now i was very disappointed as virgin was going to charge me £50 because my 1 year old had lost my viewing card .I spoke to two different people at virgin and they both stood there ground and said i had to pay.Three phone calls later they did it for free .Going onto a different topic i got my letter this morning from Virgin saying talk unlimited is going down from £14 to £9.95 a month.I am on a package i get 2mg broadband ,talk unlimited,XL tv package for life ,i pay direct debit i pay £34.95 a month how does this compare do you think the deal sounds ok?I rang Virgin this morning wondering if my package will be going down alittle now they are reducing talk unlimited from £14 to £9.95 she would not commit to tell me any thing she said it could come down on 1 May to £30.95 be she could not be sure.Seems alittle unfair if people who are on packages there prices are not being reduced further has anybody else phoned them today and asked about this?

That sounds ok (£32 discount on standard costs).
That is one of Retention deals they offered me.

I pay £19.95 but have Free TV Pack (2Mb BB, Talk Unlimited, Free TV).
