im not much good at righting letters as im Dyslexic

    is this any good please...

Further to your letter of 07.08.2012 you still have not provided proof of the alleged debt to Dollar Financial Group as my previous letter stated I know of no Debt to anyone called Dollar Financial Group and that therefore this is a formal complaint about your harassment, I will be reporting you to the OFT and trading standards.

In relation to the £1 you are asking for I have not requested a copy of any alleged agreement, my dispute is that I don’t owe any money to Dollar Financial Group and that you are obliged to provide proof that i owe you client money and you have the right to claim it.

    Yours faithfully

I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT TO YOUR COMPANY

I have received your letter of 07/08/12 and note the contents.

You have asked for a payment of £1 for a copy of the alleged agreement. The sum of £1 is a statutory fee for a request made under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. My request was not made under that Act so no fee is due.

Your proof of my liability for the alleged debt and your legal right to collect it is still outstanding. Until you resolve this you will cease all communication with me. Non compliance with this requirement will result in a complaint to the OFT for unfair treatment.
