Is there a strong chance that she will be able to move to Israel legally with ronny
If she is Israeli (as I guess from your post) or Jewish, then yes.
I lived in Israel for many years and cant emphasise enough that YOU MUST GET AN ISRAELI LAWYER. There is a big Israeli community in the UK and I'm sure someone can direct you to a lawyer they trust. You will need someone conversant in Israeli law, fluent in Hebrew but more importantly with the cultural attitude needed to get things done there. Ideally they should be someone based in Israel who you can instruct by phone, who has no connections to her family. Under no circumstances should you agree to take on her or her families lawyer, even to mediate, without having your own as well.
