Oasis Stores online card charged twice

On Sunday I purchased a number of items online at Oasis inthe sale totally £170. An emailconfirmed my purchases and my card was charged. The email also stated that some items needed to be located. When all the items were located I received anumber of emails, totally unaware that they were charging my card AGAIN! When i looked on my online banking I noticed£92 was unaccounted for, so I contacted my bank - they confirmed that Oasis hadcharged my card again.
I have tried to contact Oasis via email as there is NOcustomer service number - I have had a response saying that they will call me,however I am still waiting.
Items have all arrived apart from 2 - so that’s is my nextemail to them. I wouldn't recommendanyone to use this service. I best getthe money back as I am now £92 out of pocket.
Does anyone know how I will go about getting my money back?

When did they reply to your email?

If they don't refund you promptly then you can report the transaction as unauthorised.0 -
Are you sure the first charge was a charge and not an authorisation. Most companies authorise at point of order and charge at despatch. The £92 could be the charge of the goods they sent. Do the missing two items bring the cost up to £170?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Thanks for all your help. I will try the number and report the unauthorised transactions.
The money has left my account, my online banking shows this - 1st being £170 and then a number of smaller transactions coming to the total of £92. This is how much the items that needed located came to.
The email came 1st thing yesterday morning saying someone would call me that day but they did not.0 -
The 2 missing items are now on their way had an email to confirm this0

Its possible they processed a refund for the full amount and then did new charges for what they could ship. Refunds take a few days longer to appear and won't be apparent in your 'available balance' straight away.0

I hope this is the case. If I could speak to someone I would have a better idea of what was going on!0
