My phone keeps turning itself off!!!

Hi Everyone

I have a HTC wildfire and it's misbehaving.

It keeps turning itself off completely.

Sometimes when I turn it back on it shows no battery and limited calls only. At other times it goes back to it's former battery level, but when I try to do anything like access the internet it shuts off again.

I've tried taking the battery out and starting it up again but that doesn't seem to make much difference.

when I am at home and can access the internet via wifi it is OK, but as soon as phone needs to use 3g it turns itself off

Any suggestions please?
I need to make a new list for 2014
think of something to put on it!:rotfl:
Try harder for 2014 as I never managed it in 2012 or 2013

Try cleaning the battery and phone contacts with a rubber, ensuring the bits don't fall inside. Also, purchase a spare OEM battery for it, and compare, just in case your original is on the way out.
  • First of all, you have to make sure your mobile is fully charged.

Second, some applications (apps) might cause this problem. You can try uninstalling any apps that you installed recently on your phone to see whether this problem can solve or not.

Moreover, it may also a SIM card problem, you can try to contact your telecom provider and change a new SIM card.

If it doesn’t work, it should be the mobile problem or battery problem. You can try to find a same battery or buy a new one to check whether it is the battery problem or the mobile problem.

If you find that it is your phone problem, do you have any warranty on your mobile? You can bring your phone to the repair centre and fix it.

If it were mine I'd flash it with a different rom.
