How many viewings to sell a property do you think?

Yes, I am a VERY impatient person and HATE the whole house selling process and it's indefinites

We've been on the market nearly 2 weeks and have had one viewer who had sold his property but just "didn't like ours"

We are priced VERY sensibly and just wondering stats really

Every seller always thinks they're priced VERY sensibly. Do u have a right move link so we can check? If it's a bargain it should go within a fortnight.

Well, I do have a rightmove link BUT, they've removed it for updating- I asked them last night to add on some more photos and the fact we were chain free...... it remains offline at the moment.

Basically a 2 bed terrace priced at £78k similar to all these

First observation is that you seem to have lots of competition so does yours stand out from the crowd in terms of appeal or price?

Hopefully ours stand out price wise and decor wise plus we are chain free and are very negotiable on price/moving dates etc

The amount of variables is infinite.
We've had 4 lots of viewers - accepted an offer today - been on market 8 weeks

it took 10 weeks and about 30 viewings (including 2 previous offers from time-wasters)

But none of those you compared yours to have sold . You need to compare it to sold prices before saying its competitive

7 or 8 viewings before an offer and it took 8 weeks then a further 7 weeks from offer to completion.

Last year we had three viewings before an offer from proceedable buyers - we did also have one offer from the first set of viewers after only a day on the market, but they hadn't even put theirs on yet

The offer we accepted came within the first two weeks........and from offer to completion took around nine weeks - so less than three months in total from marketing the house

We didn't expect to receive many viewers as we were selling a very unusual period house that wasn't typical for the area......
