    Evening all :hello:

Big (((hugs))) to all those that need them.

I've had another day in a brand new school. It was supposed to be quite nice, but there was one child who really riled me and made the whole day unpleasant. :(

I'm going to see the "potential job" school tomorrow afternoon :j :j after having spent a morning at one of my favourite schools. I should know about it by Monday lunchtime as the bloke who is going for the position too is seeing the school on Monday morning. Fingers crossed that they make a decision as on Monday I've got an "interview" for another post, but that would only be one day a week for the whole of the summer term. We'll see how it all goes.

I popped into town after teaching today because I needed to pay some £2s into the bank, so that I could top up my car fund. It seems that there was a burst watermain right in front of the bank  so it was closed:mad:  Oh well, I'll just have to try to avoid spending them before I have the chance to pay them in again!

DH has just called to say that he's not far away, so I'd better put the supper on. It's defrosted chilli con carne tonight. :D Not much effort

bit busy at w*** as only there for 4 hours before meeting so had to fit 8 hrs worth of work into 4 hrs phew!!
tomorrow does not look like it will be much better, college til 4 pm then w*** (am supposed to be there at 2pm but am going to be late), finally home at 10pm, probably won't be on the site as eyes may not be open by then. have made shepherds pie for DH to eat and hopefully leave me some to heat up when I get home.

    Hiya all,

Just skimmed the thread today as I'm frightened the computer will go off. We are taking it in on Saturday, earliest it could be looked at. If you don't see me much next week that's why. But hopefully once it's fixed it'll be full speed ahead. :D

It was DGS birthday today. He's 2. XDIL sent me over 2 photo's of him today from her phone. She bought him a trike and both pictures were of him on it happy as larry. They are going over to DD's on saturday and she's making him a bunny cake. I've been busy the last two days washing & ironing and doing housework. Al had a bad flu the week we were in Ireland and she is still bad so I cleaned it from top to tail. I also did her washing & ironing.

Snowy Sorry to hear about that. I hope they call you tomorrow to sort it out. In the meantime try and stay positive about it. You were in the right.

Tired Mum That shampoo was nice in my hair. I also ordered a free sample of Aussie conditioning treatment and you were right it was fab.

Off for a bit of a surf while I can and then I want to watch a show at 8pm on Channel 4. Watched the first seires last year. It was good. Byeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

    Hi everyone
although it's very quiet here now, have you all gone to bed early?
Not much to say really, just tired! I've been to w*** today and then the usual things, tea, packed lunches, uniforms ready, Brownies, bath-time etc.
I'm just going to have a browse at the os threads then off to bed to catch up on some sleep.
    Goodnight.

I don't usually post on here, but read the thread every day.

Just wanted to offer Snowy a :grouphug: I hope someone phones you tomorrow.

Thinking of Moggins and TM too.
