I get paid every 2 week. Look I can not got to payee and ask them to pay me this week it does not work like that. and maybe if you was on a very very tight budget you might be give me advice, in which I ask for this in the first place. thats all I ask for was ADVICE nothing more nothing less.

You have been given much advice-which is that if you don't pay before the date they have given you, then you are liable to be cut off. If you get paid every 2 weeks and the bill is already approaching 90 days in arrears, then the date you are paid is not really relevant.
You can ask them to extend the payment date, but they are not obliged to do so.

it's seem you got the wrong end of the stick. my talktalk account is not 90 days in arrears. it just a few days out of date ( the date on my bill). if it was 90 days in arrears then yes I understand why they would cut my phone line off. I hope this has made things clearer .

Then something is awry, as according to the TT rep they would not be cutting your phone off after a few days overdue. Unless you have previous arrears already.
The norm is to restrict your services first, has that been done?

In regards your issue, from your description, it looks as if its the 30 day timescale. As such you wont be cut off, rather a restriction would be placed on the account preventing outbound calls and BB use, until such a time that the invoice is paid.

I think the confusion occured due to your initial posting saying that TT were going to cut you off... this is not the case unless the invoice has been outstanding for 90 days. Initially we do not cut off the line, we restrict its use to inbound only until such a time that the bill is paid (or until the 90 days has passed in which case a disconnection order is placed)

I trust that this will clarify the circumstances for you. IN short if your bill is unpaid, at 30 days a restriction will be placed on the line, this will be lifted wihtin 48 hours of the invoice being paid in full.

    Cheers
