Anyone know what Talkmobile's Smartplan tariff is?

I've been trying to view TalkMobile's SmartPlan 24 month tariff on their website, as well as the international roaming charges. If I click the "view all call charges" link I get a page with the heading "Call charges TEST", so I have no idea whether these rates are valid. If I click "Click here to see international call rates" I get directed to a blank page.
Clearly their webmaster needs a good kicking but in the meantime does anyone know what their rates are?

I am just looking at these guys for a HTC One X deal, but it seems a little bit too good to be true:

HTC One X, free phone, 500 mins, 1500 text and 1GB data for £25 per month?

Am I missing something with these guys?

They are owned by carphone warehouse and use the Vodafone network. In my limited dealings with their CS they seem fine. I seem to remember that they don't 'do' international roaming but may be wrong?

They do offer roaming.

Eh? I just tried again and still get "Call Charges TEST" at the top of the domestic tariff page. Is that different to what you're seeing?

The "TEST" charges quote 30p for out-of-bundle calls on the £7.50 24-month tariff - is this what you're seeing?

I am on Talkmobile and when in Spain the rates were
Making calls 29p/min
Receiving calls 8p/min
Sending texts 9p
Receiving texts Free
Picture messages 30p + Packet Data
Data Roaming Charges 70p per MB

Just a quickie as for the above, is that what I will pay or are there some hidden costs that I am missing?

I got the recent amazing HTC One s deal with them (FREE phone, 200 mins, 500 texts and truly U/L data for a crazy £16/mth on 24mth contract!) and I haven't spotted any hidden costs. I have paperless billing so no idea if they charge extra for paper. The online bill is itemised at no extra cost. One unique thing about them is they bill 16th - 16th but if your account went live on say the 15th you get the full calls/text/data allowance for the remaining time up to the 16th (although the line rental is charged on a pro rata basis). For instance, my live date was 12th of the month so I could have used 200 mins and 500 texts up to the 16TH and not been charged extra!
