bought an iphone from cash generator in january which has since been barred.how do i get my money back from them as i do not have the receipt anymore

Unless you can prove you bought it from them then I doubt they will be interested. If you paid by card do you not have some record of it in a statement?

Not sure if they will keep sales records but if nothing else it would be worth asking.

Long time from January to July why is it blocked who blocked it when was it blocked .

CG may offer a swap, but you need to go to the original shop with your receipt.

I know CEX keep very detaiuls records for phone deals in case someone sells them a stolen phone. If CG do the same then they may have a record of you buying ther phone using the IMIE number.
