Warning MobileandFun

Just purchased an iPhone add-on from a company called "MobileandFun" and then discovered that their advertised contact details don't work (so there is no support and no way of obtaining warranty service). They also advertise links to essential software required to activate their devices, but these links don't work. Worse still, they hide the fact that the company is based in China, so when you do eventually manage to get a response (only via a formal Paypal dispute) they require you to send the product back by registered post - to China ! I should have examined their site more closely and should have noticed that there were no telephone contact details - only email addresses. Be warned - "MobileandFun" are no fun to deal with at all !

I was looking for an affordable mobile phone. Curious about the best and newest smartphones out on the market. Then I found this Mobile&Fun website. Received the ordered phone in less than 3 weeks. Upon exploring the phone I found out that the earpeice was not working. I informed the website then they instruct me to return the unit to their warehouse address, but before that the customer support help me to find ways to fix the unit via emails. Thay are always willing to help me and answers all my questions and queries. After that customer support update me that the replacement of my ordered phone are already on its way after they received my returned phone. I patiently waited and now I'm using this new mobile phone of mine from Mobile&Fun. I've been using this for two weeks. I' am satisfied no problem encountered or experienced. Very well android phone easy to use and to understand. Works well on WiFi spots, downloaded some applications but some are not working on this phone. Anyway some applications not accepted by this phone are not affecting phone functions. Camera, bluetooth, screen, sound/audio are all very good. Recommendable website.
