Is anyone aware of any free (not just free trial) gps mobile phone trackers to locate where a mobile phone is located at any time?

Do you already have a Bluetooth GPS or a phone with GPS built in?

If so https://www.Navizon.com would be worth a look, one of its many features is to let it ping a location out at pres set intervals.

If not you are going to need a location system based on timming signals from the network, as far as I can remember these all rely on interaction with the network, which is where the cost comes in as you get billed for the service and the data / SMS you send your location by.
