This is correct - OP, if you advise the crew before they start serving they should keep a vegetarian option for you.0 -

I've just back back from Barcelona and I flew with BA. They give you a sandwich type roll and veggie option was cheese and pickle. They also serve cold and hot drinks with it. Barca is fantastic. Enjoy your trip.0

I only use BA for longer flights, so not so bad in terms of value. I use Ryanair for shorter flights, regional service ... and gives me an excuse to eat Pringles!

I recently flew to Venice with BA. The "complimentary on board snack" over a lunchtime period was a 20g bag of potato chips/crisps.
I guess at least it was suitable for a vegetarian!0
