well done on the loss faye! and even more well done on the resisting of temptation....

and i'm jealous! 12:3 is brill!!!

now if you'd have had the chippy... you'd have enjoyed it for 5 minutes and felt miserable/grumpy/cheated for the rest of the week.. and you can bet the scales would not have shown the full 3lbs, fatty/carby food would have held onto water and meant less of a loss......

so instead you had a crappy 5 minutes while the others ate, now you get the rest of the week to feel happy cause you resisted and have lost 3lbs this week...

well worth a crappy 5 minutes yesterday lunctime...

My son's a bit like that too. He's got SATs coming up very soon, but getting him to revise is a nightmare.

There really arent enough hours in the day are there. I've got work with him to do, I'd like to do at least an hour on the treadie, I've got me own college work to do, plus regular work and chatting on here :D

I havent cheated, but have been tempted this week. Fingers crossed for a nice WI today :p

Oh yes those wonderful SATs! My son did them last year and my daughter is doing them the week after next in year 6.

Could murder a steak, chips, onion rings and a big dollop of homemade BBQ sauce!!!! With a chilled bottle of white....

Well done Faye, thats a great loss altogether, you must be very pleased!!!

Goldy, I'm blaming all that virtual bingeing for my staying the same this week!!

Well you have all suddenly become much clearer now.

I've been struggling with my eyes for a few months now, isn't wonderful to see properly again, although I think they will take a little getting used to- I've never worn them before.

Couldn't get my fake tears, boots has moved and couldn't be bothered looking for where they have gone, will have to pick them up over the weekend.

Right, collected my new glasses. Not entirely sure if I like them or not, they're so much different from my others. I can see much better in them though :D
