    12 lbs lost. I got a gold star :T

Well done! I can only dream that i'll lose that much in my first week!

Are there any flavours of soup that people think I should avoid?
I'm currently supping on my Spicy Tomato as I type this, It's surprisingly nice, LOL, Although it's a little powdery as I do't own a blender.

All in all not a bad first day, I've actually sturggled to "eat" my 4 meals (!!)

Altho our Spud is definitely a girl, i would say that you'll maybe lose that much too as blokes do often lose more rapidly...!

You might want to pick up a blender for a £5 in argoos!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

James, I bought a sealable tupperware type container from Tesco, I think it was around £1. I put in the water and power, seal and shake like a good un. Works OK. Or you could get a hand blender for about £4 or £5 :D
