    Actually, I wonder if DH realises he wont be able to have a drink....best not tell him yet :p

    Yep I am indeed very Welsh, and from south Wales too. But, isnt there always a but. I live in Devon now :-o. I do go home regular though!!!

    I went for a quick shower... all clean now, didn't want to meet CDC with greasy hair aswell as folds of fat too.

    I have been wondering. If my CDC does take me on the diet then when will I start? Would it be tonight? I took chicken out of the freezer for tonight too, nevermind more chicken for hubby!!! hehehehe
