    go to user CP...

    edit options

thread display options - view avatars

Used Maz's instructions - above - wonderfully easy when someone tells you what to do.

Welshy, My Hubby wouldn't like it either.
My friend has a personal trainer who is a bloke, I don't think I would be happy if my husband had a fit young lady getting him all hot and sweaty.:rotfl:

What is user CP lol - am sh*t with all this technical stuff.

Edit - Ignore me I have found it at the top of the screen.

it doesn't take long to come down the numbers at first.... it slows down when you get nearer goal... plus men always lose much quicker!

speak to your CDC and see if she will sneak him through or let you buy extra packs....

just explain he's anxious about the GP thing and she'll probably say it's fine....

I thinks she said he can do the 1000 cal plan to start with, which I think is 2 drinks and a low cal meal. I dont suppose she'd know if I had 3 drinks instead of 4, and he had the extra one instead of a meal. It wont be for much more than a couple of weeks anyway will it
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Welshy, I can't believe you havent found it - you have a gorgeous avatar, do you know what it is???
I don't know how to load the avatar!

Right, I didn't find it first time either.

Write down the instructions then go back to user CP
You then have to find edit options, its part of a list on the left hand side.
Once you have opened that go down until you get to the display options, it has Avatar and signatures and something else, can't remember what it was, check that box and bingo, they all show up.
    Its great.

How I worked out how to get a picture of my dog on here is beyond me. I didn't even know it was on here!

Lisa - nice to have a fellow welsh person on this forum (I am assuming you are, looking at your avatar)

a meal might work well for him, he'll lose slower but as he's a bloke he'll probably lose it quicker so at the same rate as you IYKWIM....

    Hi all,

Not posted in a while. Started my 14th week this week and have lost exactly six stones in total :D

I have been on the 810 for two weeks now and am loving it.

My birthday was on Monday and I did come off the diet after discussing with my CDC as I was in Blackpool and it was my birthday. I had a couple of slices of Pizza, some garlic bread and some pasta followed by an ice cream.

We then walked two miles aroung blackpool and I had some proper seaside chips for tea with a few pieces of cinder toffee. I've been back on it since Tuesday though and not feeling any ill effects as a result. I have probably had a weight rebound but it was worth it for my birthday.

    Chris

i think chris here is a bloke, judging by their losses... amazing....
