Hmmmmmmm, sounds like shill bidding to me.
Report to Ebay so they can investigate!
Yes, I was thinking of doing that, but I shall feel very guilty if it's just a coincidence.
Yesterday, I received a credit to my paypal account and a note from them saying "due to unforeseen circumstances I will have to give you your money back".
Well at least I have my money, but I am still annoyed at them messing me about. I won the item fairly (I was the only bidder). I am wondering whether they are not prepared to part with the item for only a pound, as the rest of the money was made up in postage. I'm not sure what sort of feedback to leave them now. What do you think I should do?0 -

Don't feel guilty - the likelihood of them being suspended is low - but it might put a rocket up them.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Personally I wouldn't leave any feedback unless they left me some. You have your refund so its ended up ok.
Or as you are understandably annoyed at having been messed about you could leave feedback to say that the transaction wasn't completed by the seller due to unforseen circumstances. Like I said though, I wouldn't bother unless they do.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Yes, that seems a good idea. I was thinking of pressing the neutral button, but not sure if that means that their 100% is affected (or is it effected, I'm never sure?!)
I'd be cross if I see the item for sale again at a later date too.0 -

Leaving neutral won't affect their percentage
